There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE PREMIUM LEVEL PERKS?

Perks of staying in a Premium Level room include a lounge with hors d'oeuvres and a dedicated reception area. Rooms are spacious and all have ocean-facing balconies/terraces with hot tubs. “La Comedie” restaurant is included in the All Inclusive program for Premium Level guests; there is an additional cost for regular guests. Premimum Level guests also have access to the Bávaro Nightclub VIP area and room service. 

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

Travel Insurance Rates

During the ongoing pandemic, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process. Insurance must be requested in writing.You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process. You must add insurance at the time the deposit is paid.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with three different refund options minus the costs of the insurance – 1) Full Travel Credit, 2) 50% Travel Credit & 50% Cash Refund (original form of payment), 3) Full Cash Refund (original form of payment). Pricing ranges from $49.99 to $275.00 per person depending on the costs of your package. 

This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with a refund or credit in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure time of the flight. Please contact travel agent for exact insurance rates on your vacation package.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. FLIGHTS
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Punta Cana International Airport. If you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from the resort are included. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Barcelo Bavaro Palace, an all-inclusive resort about 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Dreams, you will be required to pay a per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
